"No fault, clean, good rooms, good food and breakfast which open at 4am .. that is great"

We had 2 rooms booked neither was cleaned. Cleaning your surrounding property would also help with the perception of your Days Inn. I have never seen one so run down."

"The hotel looks awful from the outside, like an American run down Motel. Inside is a whole different ballgame, it’s been renovated to a high standard throughout. Room was comfy, great blackout curtains, quality bed and bedsheets. The only downside is that you have to pay for parking £8 for overnight, which I feel is ridiculous. "The rooms. at the Essex Golf and Country Club are very nice and super clean. Be aware there is no in-room ac that we could find and just the smallest desk fan in the room but perhaps this is only an issue for 3 weeks a year! We arrived late (9.30pm) and check was smooth, went to the room and unpacked and notice in the room directory suggested the bar was open until 10.30pm. We meander up only to be informed that last orders was at 10pm so we would only be permitted to purchase one drink. Then...

"Just a short stop as we had an early flight. The parking is free but the carpark is not well lit so not easy to negotiate with suitcases. The bed was comfortable but the room had a smell, I suspect it was the shower curtain. Was ok for the price."
