"The room was spotless. Love the fact we had a kettle with tea and coffee. Clean and well organised check in. Hotel it self was amazing. They even have a pool table which we used. The staff were polite and willing to help. And the food was amazing thankyou."

"Hampton hotel, does exactly what it says on the tin. Good for a nights stay before an early morning flight. I stayed here Friday night, and it was comfortable! Restaurant menu was very limited in the evening, and not the cheapest either. Breakfast was pretty decent, you can’t go wrong there! Reception staff very quick to respond to you at check in and when ever needed. Bar and restaurant staff a little slow, but they could’ve been short staffed and not coping well. Who knows! "Easy to find in an ideal location off the M25 near the M11 junction. Excellent parking, very clean room and bathroom (with bath). Staff could not have been more welcoming even though they might well have preferred to be somewhere else over Christmas. Dinner on Christmas Eve and breakfast on Christmas morning were first rate"

"Room definitely needs upgrading , it did smell bit of wee , the light in bathroom was broken, light on wall was hanging off , I said excellent as the facilities was excellent, sauna , jacuzzi, gym , food was amazing, staff are excellent, but hotel definitely needs a refresher, paint work awlful, carpet terrible, but very nice bed 👍"

"A really good, well priced hotel. Good sized, clean room with comfortable bedding. Quiet rooms. Netflix connectivity is available on the huge in-room television. Friendly staff. There is an additional charge for parking, which I found disappointing as a guest staying at the hotel, which is not in a town or city centre location Parking is +£12 per night.. The EV charging points are plentiful, but charging is expensive. "
