"The Grand Resort Review I had an absolutely amazing stay at The Grand Resort! Everything was perfect, from the excellent services and facilities to the cleanliness and the overall atmosphere. The resort is very well maintained, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and all the facilities were great. The staff were one of the best parts of my stay — everyone was friendly, helpful, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. Everything was well organized, and the service was consistently excellent throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed every moment and felt very comfortable and welcomed. A big thank you to the entire team at The Grand Resort for making my stay such a wonderful experience Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again"

"There was a bit of a confusion when I booked a 2 bed chalet without realizing it had only 1 bathroom. So I had to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite and the difference was the same amount as the 2 bed chalet, So I basically paid double to get the upgrade, I had also assumed it was all-inclusive, and it’s not. You pay extra for that, but I fault expedia for this confusion because the description is not clear enough and it only gave me the option for breakfast. Now, apart from that, I will give this resort a 100/10, the staff are AMAZING and super helpful, its very clean, they go over and beyond to ensure they meet your needs. My butler Hossam was excellent, he really took care of us, all the restaurants accomodated my requests for extra spice as it can be bland because of the clientelle. The activities were excellent, I mean the kids were super upset to leave. We will definitely be visiting again. Hanan checked on me everyday, housekeeping was always available, like he knew as soon as we stepped out, Mohammed, Ahmed, Mahmoud.. all were amazing.. I am VERY fussy and expect the best when I am paying a premium, I notice the tiniest things and I don’t write reviews I just never visit again. But Serry deserves a shout out!"

"First of all i want to thank Boles in the reception who is a very good representative for the hotel and was so helpful. Beach, amenities, pool and food were exceptional. Only bathrooms needs renovation. Thank you guys"

"Good sized room, asked for a quieter area as some areas are very busy and noisy with entertainment and water activities. Gym - good range of equipment Service at the beach front including the snack bar/restaurant very good. Italian restaurant - great service and quality of food. Quite challenging to get a reservation for the al a carte restaurants."
