"Mozart hotel staff are super amazing, very helpful, always smiling, and most are very respectful. The place is super clean, and unexpectedly, the room and the bathroom are great. I never made a mistake picking this hotel; it's near and walkable to most tourist attractions. If I ever return to Prague, I will book this hotel again. The restaurant food is great."

"Schönes Bad. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Zimmer groß, müffelte leicht. Ruhig und ganz zentral. Blöd war das mit dem Parken. Es war beschrieben als Parkplatz vorhanden, kein Parkservice. Wir dachten das bedeutet dass das Parken inbegriffen ist. Tatsächlich bedeutet es, sie haben eine Garage, dort kann man für 40€ pro Tag parken. Und die war dann voll, so dass wir bei einem Partnerhotel 800m weiter (für 30€ pro Tag) parken mussten. Wäre das von vornherein klar gewesen, hatten wir wahrscheinlich...

"The Kll+K Hotel is in a very favourable position with just a short walk to the main square and is easily accessible by bus and tram from the airport. The hotel is very well appointed with very helpful and polite staff. Our stay was four 3 nights at the end of April and I can honestly say is about the best value for money hotel that I have stayed at over many years of travelling and will definitely try and book again if I return to Prague."

"I was COMPLETELY & UTTERLY disappointed with our stay. I am TRULY bewildered with the fact this is SUPPOSED to be a 5-star hotel! I have wanted to stay here since I saw the hotel on the movie Last Holiday….do yourself a favor, DO NOT spend the time, expense, nor travel to waste it all!!! "I was given a room on the 1st floor that had and obstructed view of the river. Also, even thought the insulation from street noise was good, the vibration caused by the tram was intense. All day, up to 1am and from 5am on. If you book there, make sure your room faces away from the main avenue that runs behind the hotel. Besides that, the location, close to the main attractions is great. Also the breakfast buffet is excellent. If it wasn't for the tram vibrations I will have given them a 5."

"Incredible location and a very comfortable hotel, just short walking distance from Charles bridge, tram stop across the street. Hotel was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in the shower. Welcome Proseco bottle and a complementary sauna was a nice touch. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, grocery store around the corner. Staff was helpful and lovely. Good value for the price. Would definitely come back and highly recommend, our stay was perfect!"
