Great location, breakfast buffet was varied & plentiful, clean rooms, superb staff. Hotel also accommodates large groups (Viking cruises) so at times may be a wait for one of the two elevators. Would definately stay here again!

The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very courteous. Visited in December for the Christmas markets and to see Prague Castle. We used the Metro to save some steps on the way to Prague Castle, but we were able to easily walk everywhere else! Metro station was one block away. The restaurant attached to the hotel was the perfect place for an evening beverage to recap the day then head up to the room. Restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodate!
