"Very clean, extremely comfortable beds, and amazing staff that went out of their way to take care of our every need. We enjoyed our very own decorated full size Christmas tree, cookies, wine, and fruit plus a lovely bottle of prosecco on Christmas morning. The breakfast was delicious every day and was included in the price. I would highly recommend this hotel! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the White Swan Boutique Apartments in Prague. The location is fantastic—central and convenient for exploring the city. The host was exceptionally helpful. When there was a small mix-up with the apartment, they handled it promptly and professionally, going above and beyond to make things right. The apartment itself was clean, nice and spacious and overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return."

"Our room was fantastic and the front desk staff was wonderful. It was really clean. It is like a regular European room, but actually a lot bigger. When there was an unexpected cold snap, the front desk brought us a separate heater that was fantastic. The shower was hot with lots of hot water. We were on the "second floor," but there are like two small sets of like 5 stairs to get to it and they offered to help. You are in another part of the Unitas Hotel and get all of the same amenities. ...

"Our room at the Aurus could not have been more ideal. The room, which is pretty much a small apartment, is located inside a historical, 16th century building, in the middle of Old Town Prague. The room had all the comfort and was surprisingly extremely quite even if there were millions of tourists outside our window. Checking in digitally was a breeze and we never had to ask for help. The Aurus will definitely be on topo of our list when we ever come back to Prague"
