"Very clean, extremely comfortable beds, and amazing staff that went out of their way to take care of our every need. We enjoyed our very own decorated full size Christmas tree, cookies, wine, and fruit plus a lovely bottle of prosecco on Christmas morning. "We have just returned home from a 3 night stay. We were very happy to stay here, the hotel staff were friendly, room clean and a good size. It is on a quiet side street, the same street as the police station so very safe. Very well located for eating places, shopping centres, Wenceslas Square and walking distance to most major tourist sites. We did 2 walking tours during our stay. There was free internet, 2 free bottles of water in the room and hot apple juice and little hors deuves available...
