"We stayed here 1 night, we were in transit before our flight back home. Booked this because of free shuttle to and from airport & reviews. Organize your shuttle before you arrive. Tried calling and emailing and didn’t get any info about where to meet shuttle or schedules. We were exhausted and hot just wanted to get there. So We ended up taking the city bus. Google maps! Which was 1 bus & 3 stops later and like a 5 minute walk. Besides that the stay was great. It’s a very busy hotel! Clean, nice and friendly staff. We had dinner at restaurant and it was actually very good and the breakfast was great. My husband went to pool which was more like a wading pool but was nice to cool Off. We saw a Burger King and supermarket within walking distance. Shuttle to airport was great. Good stay if you need a place near airport! And nice lobby decor ! "

"The property is very modern. It has great access to nearby "Retiro Park". The property is not close to the main historic sites. Yet, only about a 15min taxi ride away from Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, and Prado."
