The apartment itself was fine: clean, well located, good bathroom, bed, kitchenette. I had 2 issues that would keep me from going back.
First, communication was terrible. You deal with an AI bot, and it is VERY DIFFICULT to get a human. When I finally did get a human, they gave me basically the same response. Since I didn’t see the response when it came in, my follow up questions went unanswered, and I had to start all over with AI. I ended up spending way too much of my vacation time on this.
Secondly, there is NO ELEVATOR and there are approx 20 steps up with no handrail. It was difficult for a 71-year-old with luggage. Apartments 1,2 and3 are on the first floor. All the others are upstairs.
NOTE: Numa requires a photo of your passport to be sent electronically before checkin, which I am not comfortable with. Every other stay I booked over a month in Spain 🇪🇸 needed only a passport number and expiration by email, or presentation of a passport at checkin. Numa would not permit either of these options.
