"El personal es muy amable y atento, sobre todo los chicos del bar. Los alrededores los están reparando lo cual complica el acceso al hotel, no tiene estacionamiento, hay uno enfrente y puedes aplicar un descuento que te da el hotel. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y el sofá cama estaba terrible."

"The hotel is away from the city centre, but its a 5 - 10 min walk to a coffee shop, subway & a convenience store. It's also opposite the Titanic museum."

"I would highly recommend stopping here. The staff were warm and welcoming -everyday! The room was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was great. My room faced the road, so was a bit noisy, but it soon died down later at night."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Shower was powerful and bathroom spacious with toiletries available. Tea and coffee making facilities. WiFi available and worked well. Food and drink options really good on site. Perfect for our long weekend stay."

"Rooms are nice and clean however, a few gripes-ordered room service breakfast it arrived as was getting in the lift to check out! The coffee was literally water it wasn’t great! The rest of it was nice enough! Also lifts are a nightmare only one actually working this morning and crammed in like sardines and it stopped on every other floor. Also had to call down to reception for a pen to order as non in the room and no water on the first night but got some on the second. Good location though and...

"A fine hotel for a few days away and well situated for the Titanic Experience and the Cathedral Quarter. No air-con in the rooms so could be a bit hot in summer although there was a notice up offering free ice lollies! The bar and restaurant had all the atmosphere of a motorway service station on a wet Tuesday morning so not a place to linger, and the breakfast was the bog standard buffet that tasted as though everything had been cooked the night before. "The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are friendly, and overall we had a great stay. The room was excellent the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. One downside is that for a 4-star hotel you need to book the pool in advance because it’s shared with a gym club. "The hotel did not have our room setup for four people, as the sleeper sofa bed was not even made. However, besides that, everything was okay. "

"From the moment we entered the hotel there was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the entrance area which felt like it was being masked with air freshener rather than properly resolved.
