"The rooms were spotless. The hotel was very clean spotless the breakfast in the morning was excellent always fresh. The dinners at night were excellent. I can’t say anything bad about this place. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and very professional.
If I go back to Northern Ireland and stay in Belfast I will be staying there again."

"The mattress was the worse I’ve ever had in my life. It actually squeaked every time either of us moved. Extremely uncomfortable. For the very high price we paid, this is unacceptable.
In addition to this they charged me for WiFi after I talked twice to the front desk and both tie they promised they would remove it."

"I had a generally very positive stay here. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly throughout, and the property was always clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent — everything you need is within walking distance, which made getting around really convenient.
The only thing I wish I had paid closer attention to before booking (my own oversight) was the room layout. I booked a double bed but would have preferred twins, and more importantly, the toilet and shower are in separate...
