Room was a good size, plenty of storage, clean and I liked the Jo Loves products. Turn down service was lovely. It was quite noisy from the road outside though which was not good. "Hotel is in a great location, breakfast was good although it gets busy, reception staff on check in was fantastic. Downside, no wine selection in bar, they had run out. Some room maintenance is needed. Noisy rooms from traffic so you couldn’t have windows open. Heating is centrally controlled giving no ability to switch on in evening. Overall, not as good as I expected."

"10 minute walk from central station with large case very swift check in staff were excellent and very helpful throughout our stay asked for extra pillows got them without a problem 10 minute walk in to city centre good budget hotel only used for sleeping at night as out all day would definitely recommend."

"The mattress was the worse I’ve ever had in my life. It actually squeaked every time either of us moved. Extremely uncomfortable. For the very high price we paid, this is unacceptable. In addition to this they charged me for WiFi after I talked twice to the front desk and both tie they promised they would remove it."
