"We came and booked for 3 adults for the room. However, on arrival, we only received 2 towels and 2 sets of soap and shampoo, which I had to asked the extra based on my booking. Then for our 8 days of stay, our towels were only exchanged for some of the days, whereas our bed sheets were changed around our day 6 of our stay. In addition, our room were very dimly lit so those that want to have proper make-up in the room would have to use extra lights or the bathroom, and the mirror at the sink is...

"Great location at CBD. Close to everything. As a female solo traveler, safety and convenience are my top priorities. This hotel works. My room was small and there is no view. My window faces another wall. But I don’t mind. The room was quiet and I got good rest after each day’s outing. No complaints."
