"La habitacion deja que desear , humedades, una bajante justo al lado del cabecero de la cama con un sonido constante de agua , el baño muy antiguo , la alcachofa echaba agua por todas partes lo que es bastante incomodo , el dia de irnos , sin antes llamar a la puerta intentaron abrir la habitacion , esto paso en 2 ocasiones. Lo mejor de la estancia , el restaurante y sus empleados amables y atentos ."

"Lovely hotel, check in soothe and welcoming. Apartment good size and nice touch with fridge and tea making facilities. Breakfast was excellent with choice for everybody. Pool small but adequate. Again nice that towels are handed out. Rooftop bar superb, food options adequate, so busy but hotels guests given priority. Good location, no complaints at all."

"A four star hotel with a five star hospitality. Service of Regina’s staff is way better than those five star hotels that I visited throughout my Europe trip for 2025. The suite is good, the breakfast and strategic location. "

"Excellent Hotel. Great Location on the Gran Via. Quiet and cool lobby located just next to Victoria’s Secret. Room is spacious. Bathroom is spacious and clean and everything works well. Walking distance to the sights. Jogging distance to the parks - El Retiro, Parc del Oueste. Roof top bar has a nice ambience and view. Only downside is Lift is small and there is only one. Enjoyed the stay. "

"Súper cómodo para descansar y excelente para moverse en la ciudad la parada del bus está justo frente a la entrada y el metro muy cerca caminando, hay muchas opciones de comida. El staff fue muy amable, solo no pudimos usar el gimnasio ni lavandería porque es residencia para estudiantes y como huéspedes no teníamos acceso a las amenidades, únicamente a la cafetería. "
