"Bed is very comfortable and the room is very spacious. Bathroom facilities and the bathtub are also a real highlight. The staff are all very hospitable and friendly to assist you with anything. The only slight thing to be desired was a bigger TV as the screen is a bit small if you watched it from the bed, but other than that there’s nothing really to nitpick."

"They do not enforce on smoking regulations as guests smokes at common areas and in lift as well. Hotel staffs do not even bothered to regulate. Does not reflect Kempinski standards in any manner. Great hotel but poorly managed. "

"Hotel is located near a shopping mall with lots of restaurants. The room is spacious with one king size bed and one single bed to accommodate 3 people. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Definitely a great place to stay in Fuzhou. "

"This hotel is next to Chating Metro station, and there are many public buses serving this area. Plus the friendly staff and clean room, it is highly recommended. I stayed 7 nights with my family of 3. If I visit Fuzhou again, I’ll stay in this hotel again. "
