"Stayed here for 2 nights in a superior room with airport pick-up. Great service pick-up at the airport takes the hassle of getting a taxi to Hotel. Lady at reception was wonderful spoke very good English which made checking in so easy. Room was great bed was very comfortable. Staff were always happy and friendly and only to willing to help you. "NIGHTMARE. In every way. Dirty, LOUD, uncomfortable, unsafe area. Room was dirty, no hot water, uncomfortable dirty linen bed, pathetic pillows. No dark-out drapes as advertised. Ceiling had a pulsing LED light throughout the night and loud ceiling fan. Room door key fob was broken to put key in room wall slot to start electricity, they told me to use a breaker box with switches on hallway wall to turn room power on. VERY old and beat/up building with ZERO quiet. Staff and their friends...
