"We had a good stay overall, mainly thanks to the staff, who were always polite, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed.
The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. However, it lacked natural light as the windows were covered, and the ceiling felt quite low, which made the space feel a bit closed despite its size.
The breakfast was tasty, though we did miss having a few more Western options, as most of the hot dishes were...

"Arrived early at the hotel. Staff would not check us in and wanted us to pay for extra night despite us arriving at 5 am. Paid for the extra night. Small rooms, breakfast is just okay, not upto 5* standards. Stayed at other 5* hotels , lots of choices.
Would I return to this hotel? Most likely not! Turned us off at checkin, then got turned off seeing the room size and bathroom. "

"Lovely hotel within walking distance from connaught place. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a good selection for dinner and the food was very good. "デリー駅に23時に到着する列車でデリーに到着する予定であったため、このホテルを予約しました。
部屋は清潔で快適でした(私の部屋は、窓が無かったのは残念でしたが、圧迫感はありませんでした)。
デリー駅周辺のホテルは、チェックイン時刻が24時までのところが多かったので、列車が遅れた場合に備えて、デリー駅から比較的近いコノート・プレイスのこのホテルにしました。
朝食は普通かなと思います。
Hotels.comの連絡機能で、24時以降のチェックインが問題無いか、問い合せましたが、結局回答はもらえませんでした。その点は残念です。

"Very disappointing experience. The hotel was nothing like the pictures or description. It was located down a dark, narrow alley that felt unsafe. The entrance was poorly maintained, and the reception area looked more like a warehouse than a hotel. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, bad smell, and overall felt extremely uncomfortable. I was so dissatisfied that I didn’t stay the night—I left immediately and booked another hotel, which you can verify through Hotels.com. Definitely not...
