"The manager accused me of touching staff inappporpriately infront of all the customers after I had been drinking at the lobby bar for a while. This happened at the lobby with all the guests listening to it. I immediately went to the Leela Palace which offered a much better stay. Always choose Leela Palace over this place of being humiliated while paying top $$"

"This was our first time in India and what an incredible place to stay. We arrived around 4am and felt like we had the royal treatment with so many people to welcome us at the door. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they made it very special for us. The hotel is one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed at. The staff is very professional and welcoming. The spa is amazing and very relaxing. We sadly did not have time to enjoy the pool but we suggest leaving time to relax there, it’s lovely....

"I travelled to Delhi in March 2026 and stayed herre ith my parents and sister. This was a wonderful hotel. We cannot thank all the staff here enough for everything they did for us. I would particularly like to thank everyone for helping my elderly parents around the hotel. They were looked after so well and like family members which was so nice. We thank you so much.
