"This the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff showed us 5 different alternative rooms until we found one with out bed bugs or signs of blood on the mattress. The carpets are foul in the hallways, covered with stains of old food. The headboard was even covered in god knows what’s kind of stains. So not be fooled by the images or fake reviews. This place needs a health inspection and should be stripped of its current Star rating. "

"A very dated hotel which may have once been a 5star, but by modern standards - nowhere near it. This hotel lacks in staff experience/service quality. The building is old, the interior is dated and the rooms and amenities are not clean/of 5 Star standard quality. The rooms were not the cleanest, see pictures. Bathroom taps were coated in limescale, dirt on the bathroom floors, napkins from the restaurant downstairs being used as face tissues in the box provided in the room. The restaurants,...
