"Room was always cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was so tasty with so many options in Indian, Asian and European dishes. My favorite was the spa with India treat massage and foot massage. I enjoyed my chai and chilli cheese toast at Mister Chai cafe!! So nice and comfortable rooms with comfortable beds and showers!"

"Unfortunately, every single time I am at this facility they don’t fail to disappoint. I try hard to avoid this hotel but sometimes I am forced to stay here. In this recent trip they give me a bad room first to only correct it with a better room, and there was a chaotic breakfast hosting with a wait time of over 30 minutes, which happens every single time at this hotel. I left without having breakfast and such a start ruins your day!

"Original room’s AC barely cooled , the temperature stayed at 23.5 degrees Celsius . After repeatedly complaining and getting the AC inspected they moved us to another room where the temperature would not fall below 22 degrees Celsius.
Not a happy experience at this hotel .
