"The bar and staff were great. Adult pool was nice but some brought their children/grand children and no staff asked them to go to the family pool. The bar and staff were very nice as well. However we had problems with our room. We were plagued by super large cockroaches. The kind that make you scream. We had to leave the room to find help and sometimes a person came sometimes they didn't as the roaches showed up at night or early morning. No sleep for us"

"We traveled with 2 little kids. Staffs are great except at the specialty restaurant, the food at inari could def be better and the servers there aren’t as good either. Some items especially Asian are extremely salty. Otherwise everything is perfect, clean, and everyone is accommodating!"

"I was completely disappointed with the hotel over all. Checked in to our 1st room, you read that right, the 1st room. Beautiful room don't me wrong, but put everything in the room and unpack. Walked out, to be a tourist, and realized the door didn't slam shut, like most hotel rooms do behind us. Told my husband to check the door because it didn't sound right. "The hotel is beautiful and beach is gorgeous. The rooms are comfortable and roomy, although the beds are hard as a rock.. The food is not very good and the service is hit or miss. Some of the staff is super nice and helpful, while many are rude and act like they are miserable."

"The staff, food, property was amazing. A little confusing with 2 separate buildings and which elevator to take. I had one big bug issue in the bathroom. Took the staff about an hour to get to my room to remove this monster. But Than I requested shower to be bleached and that was completed quickly. The room I had was actually really nice"
