"This was by far the best vacation we've ever experienced. The resort is phenomenal. The staff are friendly and top notch. The amenities and activities are fun. The beach and pool venues are awesome. The five restaurants are so good we stayed all week. We only left for one hike. I would recommend the villas with the private plunge pool which was so luxurious. We didn't want to leave. "Perfect place to unwind and recharge. The food and drinks were superb, and the staff were friendly.
We had a wonderful couples massage. The entertainment was low-key and quaint. We highly recommend getting a bungalow with a plunge pool since the beach cabanas are in the sun by mid-afternoon."

"The property is beautiful and very clean! The direct access to the beach is awesome and the most amazing beach ever! Our room was perfectly accommodating for our family of 4 (3 adults and 1 teenager). We stayed in a suite which had a fully equipped kitchen, private bedroom and 2 bathrooms. We walked to the grocery store and bought snacks and stuff to make breakfast in our room. "We loved our stay at Cocos. The hotel staff were lovely. The food menus changed each night and were all delicious. If you stay at cocos definitely be sure to book a couples massage and a dinner on the beach. We found both to be well worth it. Paddle boarding and kayaking were our favorite activities. And the beach bar had great lunch choices right by the beach."

"The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice."

"Great place and super staff. Food good and all places had super great service. Need to rebuild the pool at castle as no skimmer and part of decking in the water. So oil and dirt on surface. Other pools were great. Of course the algae issues, not the fault of the hotel. Again the people and staff could not have been better. All really nice and helpful."
