"The 2010 golf course is a great design, a real challenge and was in amazing condition following the long hot summer. The room was well appointed with a comfy bed. The staff were all fantastic and oh so friendly and helpful starting with the doorman on arrival. Dinner in The Grill was good although it was disappointing how many restaurants were closed in September. Overall a great experience."

"Firstly, I must say the staff at reception were lovely. We were upgraded as we had a weekend of celebration. This was a lovely gesture and we really appreciated the effort. However, the rooms are very dated and tired looking. I've stayed in other park plaza hotels and this one didn't feel the same. It felt more like a travelodge room. "Great location. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Parking is expensive. Reception Staff slow to acknowledge people waiting for check in/assistance."
