"The Fairmont is typically a great stay, however, this time there was no hot water in the morning at 6 am in my room. It was odd. The water from the toilet after flushing was really hot and the shower was cold. Called front desk to let them know. Not sure what happened- maybe it was the ghosts of the hotel having fun. Staff and amenities are always incredible!"

"Good location for public transport. If you wanted an early breakfast or late night snack you had a food court inside the casino. Starbucks and a gift shop were all available if you didn’t mind a lineup. Didn’t try the Gordon Ramsay restaurant "

"I found this to be an older hotel. Having stayed in a good selection of hotels downtown Toronto. In the suite there was supposed to be a small amount of cutlery, dishes and proper suite amenities but there was none. The pullout couch bed was right in front the very small what they called the kitchenette, and several toes were stubbed trying to get by as there was only 6 inches to walk through. Extremely poor placement of the pullout bed to the room. The room was otherwise clean and safe, very great location downtown and the staff extremely lovely. Parking was very reasonable price and very good. Unfortunately, I will not stay there again as the price did not match my expectations. I was expecting with the price, that this hotel would match or be a good comparison to One King West and their suites, but it absolutely did not. I will stay at One King West again moving forward."
