My family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. Great location, walking distance to a wide variety of cafes/eateries, shops and main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, the lap pool and sauna were a nice touch. Mostly we appreciated the courteous and friendly staff, from the parking attendant, to the front desk, and cleaners. Everything was clean even though the hotel seems a bit dated. We were allowed to check in early allowing us to park as we waited until check in. Im a very greatful we were able to check in so early. It made everything so smooth. Even though i didnt not have alot of direct interactions with the staff. Everything went so smooth and id love to come back and stay again.

Great room and staff. Amenities were lacking such as good coffee for the coffee maker and appropriate condiments such as real milk, Splenda etc. No room service or water in the room which is odd for a Marriott. Gym was tiny with rusty machines and the sauna was miniscule.

Lovely hotel in great location. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and night cap, lots of shops and restaurants in the area to try. Easy walk to the pier for boarding cruise ship.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as warm and welcome as possible with a very accommodating staff in the lobby. They even took the time to go the extra mile for my girlfriend’s birthday. With rose peddles, flowers, champagne and a breath taking view of the city, it was an unforgettable stay. Would recommend 100 percent for an enjoyable experience!!!! 10/10

Upon arrival I had previously had an Injury which required ice to reduce swelling The hotel staff immediately requested an Ice pack be sent to our room which arrived Almost before we landed in our spotless Room along with a kettle we had ask for to Make tea Also the restaurant is excellent very under advertised As well the pool and exercise area is clean And well serviced
