"The bartender Eddie saved the day. He’s the pool bartender. The food nor the beach did it for us. We checked out 2 days earlier. Although it was nonrefundable we chose to leave and enjoy the city. The sea grass swarmed the beach. It was so smelly I couldn’t smell my perfume daily. For the price we paid the food wasn’t good at all. The best thing on the menu was the cheese burger. Didn’t receive a welcome drink or hot towel. Very disappointing "

"The staff are friendly and eager to assist you with anything you need. The resort is very far north of town and the ride is not easy. The beach was unusuable due to Sargassum. We were there for 3 nights and only once did we see a couple of young men trying to clear the beach but they made ZERO impact. The smell is awful. The accommodations are dark and dated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 bath second floor unit. My kids said the smaller bedroom was like a prison cell. Very dark and bland and...
