"The room was not the pics of room posted online. The first room not even the ceiling fan worked. They upgraded to a suite only to have bugs in the bed and the smell of mold triggered my asthma. "Jaguar Creek was an absolute gem!!! Not only is the location spectacular, but the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The location was so beautiful and relaxing. "Absolutely loved this property! It's gorgeous and the staff is amazing! The rooms are spacious and honeymoon vibe. We went during the dry season which is the hottest so be prepared for the humidity and lots of stairs. If you are a light sleeper I recommend you being earplugs because the wild life dont care if youre sleep deprived. Food and drinks were so good and we definitely will be back!"

"The whole place was amazing! The cabins were bare bones but clean and cute. We had a porch in the back right by the rainforest, but wished there had been comfy chairs to sit on instead of a small, hard bench. The bathrooms were clean with some interesting insect life to observe while sitting there. Showers were hot and good pressure. The Toucan Cafe up front was superb - we ate every meal there. There is comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Fridge and coffee maker are available for guests....
