"As a road warrior over decades, I have seen good and bad, but I have rarely seen the attentiveness of the staff such as here at the Grand Resort. Always pleasant but exceptionally helpful. I had an emergency shoe repair needed for my only dress pair, and it was late on a Sunday when it was identified. The outdoor deck is set up for dining and sunning with table, bar, and lounge chairs. The mango tree adjacent to the deck area is heavy with fruit, but it is still to early to enjoy. The condo’s host is responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home!"

"When I checked in I was given a different room than I booked. The room was nicer than my original room but did not have the kitchenette I was planning on using so that complicated things a bit. Also the rooftop terrace was not in the same condition that was shown online and after around 4pm each day I could not access it as I did not usage a key that would work. The shower and tub also did not have hot water."
