I do NOT recommend using the spa at the adjoining sister resort as their customer service acumen needs improvement. We ended up getting massages at Maya Healing Massage, instead, and it was a wonderful experience."

"Everyone at Ramon's is friendly, helpful & welcoming. The location is ultra convenient - you can literally walk to the airport if you're so inclined. Beautiful beach front with plenty of loungers and hammocks. Diving and snorkeling tours offered on site. Clean, air conditioned rooms with nice touches and comfortable beds. Nice pool surrounded by lush greenery, onsite restaurant, walk-up smoothie/coffee bar, cute gift shop, and parking for your golf cart rental. Realy, what more could you ask for?"
