"The rooms in this property is so out of date idk how they received a 3.9 star rating. The 1st room they gave me had mold in the ceiling and walls. The 2nd room ended up having roaches my 2nd day. I had to leave mid way thru my trip and get a different hotel. Only highlights are the air conditioning is really good, the bed was comfy, and the pool was clean. "Place was wonderful. We were very happy with the property. The only issue was that we were disappoint in Ambergris Caye (you should go to a different Island) but that's not the hotel fault. If you do need to stay in San Pedro this hotel is fantastic. "

"Kaitlynn - the property manager - was exceptional in every way, with prompt answers to questions before and during our stay. We stayed in 2 different units during our 2 week vacation, both were excellent, with a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. With the ocean breezes, we rarely used the AC, instead leaving the windows open. The location was perfect for us, we walked everywhere, never rented a golf cart. For a moderately priced condo rental, this was a great value."

"The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Well stocked on amenities. The only issue is that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. It is about 1hr away from secret beach on a golf cart. Downtown is about a 25min drive. Cecelia was very helpful and we felt very safe and well taken cared of. We will definitely come back. "

"Rosie the Office Manager was very helpful with changing our time for the water taxi. Ashanti the bartender made the best dirty banana I have ever enjoyed. Paulina our housekeeper did an excellent job in maintaining the order and cleanness of our room. Mike the maintenance man educated us on the culture of the people of Ambergris Caye and recommended the best restaurants on the island. "

"Its like being on your own private island! You have to be shuttled back and forth to the mainland. Its very quiet and peaceful. The staff is excellent! EVERYDAY the lady from the Office personally asked if we needed anything.I never received service comparable to that at any other hotel that I have stayed in. We had a washer/dryer in our unit and that was a bonus.The living space provided was more than adequate which included a large screened balcony. I ❤️ Brahma Blue. "
