I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"Anvaya is an excellent choice for staying in the heart of downtown Kuta. The back of the hotel is on the beach, front of the hotel is on the downtown sidewalk. There are 3 malls within walking distance. There is a grocery store located in Lippo mall, just two blocks of the hotel. The downtown area lights up with music at various bars and eateries.
