"Check in, the room and check out were all excellent. Always good staying at the Fullerton, great location, always clean rooms and comfy beds. On our last day we left our bags with concierge as we were not heading to the airport until late. When we came to collect our bags, one of the concierge guys just told us if we see our bags, we can go and get them ourselves. This was really disappointing for so many reasons. Otherwise excellent!"

Just a small comment and suggestion if you can change the window cover to a roll up curtain or blinds because it makes the room very dark and feeling claustrophobic… In general it was good.
