"The stay was fantastic! Beautiful hotel. Nice clean rooms in a great location. We were in a room at the far end of the corridor, for more privacy, so we didnt get a balcony, but it was nice and quiet most of the time. You can still hear people close their doors down the hall. But overall it was quiet and peaceful. Now to the pros: The bed and the pillows!!!! Being a fussy sleeper with backache if i use the wrong pillow i slept like a baby for 5 nights. "My room on the third floor was very quiet, which I really appreciated. The bed & pillows were very comfortable & clean. Having a bath tub in the bathroom was another feature that I liked. The buffet breakfast was very nice & I really enjoyed a swim in the large outdoor pool after a busy day. There are bus stops close by and it is only 4 mins by bus to Pacific Fair, or you can walk there in under 20 mins. "The hotel itself was beautiful, with lovely facilities and a nice pool area. However, the location wasn’t ideal for us, as it’s in a quiet residential area — about a 30-minute walk to either Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach. The pool was great, though it would be even better if there were a separate pool area for children, as the main pool (especially near the pool bar) tended to get quite busy with kids."
