Taxi from the airport is $25 Fijian; but the hotel shuttle is just $20 (the same if you take a taxi from the hotel strip back). Or catch the city bus (once an hour) if you aren't in a hurry for about $2.00. Book the room online, not directly at the hotel: it's cheaper. Can't drink the tap water. Buy bottled water at a grocery (there's one a block away) for half the cost of getting it from the hotel."
