"Très bien situé dans la ville de Banff. On peut se promener à pied dans le village. Le personnel est très accueillant et aidant. L’hôtel est propre et la chambre a répondu à nos besoins. La cuisinette nous a permis de déjeuner dans la chambre. Je le recommande à tous."

"Everything was great besides the fact our room had ants everywhere and we let the front desk know and they didn’t do anything about it or compensate in anyway. Good location though. Quite rundown and could use some upgrading and love. All in all it was good enough to sleep for a couple of nights. You get what you pay for."

"Part of the problem I had was me. I booked a room through Expedia and didn't notice that they only had one guest down. I booked with the spa package. When my wife and I went to the spa to book a time for the spa we found out that had only said there would be one person in the room so only one spa package. Sent back to check-in we were told by front desk that since it was booked theoughe Xpedia they couldn't help me to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was told they could do nothing. So...

"Breakfast station was great. Pool was under repair but we did not use it anyway. Staff was great and helped us arrange a shuttle to Banff. Excellent location. The train noise was not bad at all. Room service everyday. I would stay there again."

"Stayed here for two nights during a trip to Calgary. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean and offered good value for the price we paid. The location was also convenient, close to the airport, less than 30 minutes from downtown, and near plenty of amenities. The only downside was that both the bathroom sink and bathtub were clogged. We didn't report the issue during our stay, but it is something that should ideally have been identified and addressed...

"Everyone at this hotel was welcoming and friendly. The front desk gave excellent instructions on the local bus system and I appreciated they provided passes to use all week as part of our stay. The hot tubs were basically really large jacuzzi pools which was nice when the weather was chilly out. The dry sauna was small but in working order for those that were interested in that. "This property is special, beautiful views and hospitality is high from the staff, but the individual rooms are pretty run down and years behind on upkeep. You’ll see animals on-property, so there are trades to be made on accommodations, but it’s close to town and busses are easy out front."
