"Very pleasant stay. The hotel has everything, including own onsen that we used every day after skiing. Amazing staff. Very friendly. Shuttle bus to and from skiing is limited hours but very efficient. Hard to get to shops or restaurants if you don’t have a car, but there were a few restaurants offering pick up so it worked well. The hotel, as well has a very nice restaurant. Hotel helped with ski rental too which was amazing."

"We stayed at the Sakura cottage and found its location very convenient to accessing the ski hills. Everyone at Bliss lodge was extremely helpful and friendly. They offered special nights showing how to make traditional Japanese food and offered advice on finding restaurants and transportation. We would highly recommend Bliss Lodge!"

"I had an apartment style unit. Everything I could need. The Staff went above and beyond in assisting. Picked up at the bus station and also dropped off when I was leaving. A lot of fun event in the evening in their community area. They were incredibly friendly, kind and helped me with finding things to do. "

"Such an amazing experience staying here for a week. Our group of 6 stayed in the Villa Tsubaki and had plenty of space. The entire Bliss staff were so kind, welcoming and friendly. Above and beyond service and hospitality. Cannot recommend staying here enough & will be happy to return in the future. "

"Great location! Room also had a great layout and spacious for our family of 3. Service was great, the only thing i find needs improvement was the breakfast selection. Quality and variety of food can be improved.
But overall satisfied and happy. "

"The room was great! Bathtub in the bathroom was amazing! The SkiJapan staff were excellent with arranging our transfer from the airport and even met us at the bus stop late at night, gave us a ride to the property and helped check us in. They also provided welcome snacks which was a great surprise. We truly enjoyed our stay. Location in Lower Hirafu is perfect, walkable to everything but in a quieter part of town. It is across from a nightclub but we never heard anything from them in the 4...
