This place is truly exceptional !!!! All the staffs are very very helpful and they are always there for any needs. Especially, Taeyang Jang & Muzuka?(at the Chinese restaurant) were just so great!! Also, the ladies at the reservation center arranged our restaurant bookings amazingly! Our group was very large (15 people) but every single person had great memories here. I travel all around the world but this hotel is in every way perfect.

This was our first Park Hyatt visit and boy does it live up to the name. Being from a blue collar level, this was a special treat for my husband and I and it surpassed our expectations. The resort is in pristine condition, the rooms had zero flaws and the service was outstanding. They made you feel special and never ignored. It will be the most memorable stay for us and the view of Mount Yotei and in room onsen, was the icing on the cake. Even our room service meal was out of this world. A must visit for all.

Beautiful property and facilities with high-end finishes and design. Excellent food (breakfast) and good restaurants. Only downside is that there is no walkable "local" area to explore. The hotel is self-contained but isolated, and one needs to take the shuttle to Hirafu to be in town. That said, it was a wonderful place to ski in and out of, with fantastic service and amenities.

Beautiful relaxing luxurious

This place is gorgeous, the on site restaurants are amazing. I had a Hokkaido soft serve ice cream cone that will haunt me for the rest of my life ;) the staff were unbelievably responsive, and extremely friendly and patient with my six year old daughter. The onsen was beautiful and relaxing. We stayed off season the first two weeks of June and the place was empty - we had it to ourselves.

Good place for retreat

Clean and up-kept property. The room is spacious and beds are comfy. Up kept osen and pool ( maybe we are lucky as it is the end of skiing season). Good varieties buffet choices. Receptionists and butlers are welcoming and helpful. We loved the valet skiing services. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. Overall we all enjoyed our stay very much. We will keep coming back.

Park Hyatt Perfection

As a family, we travel A LOT and I can honestly say, this was possibly the best hotel stay we have ever had. The facilities are flawless, the amenities are generous, and the staff is relentlessly helpful and kind. The location couldn’t be more convenient for a one stop ski in/ski out situation. With gear rental and lessons booked from the lower level, it couldn’t be easier to show up and have a wonderful snow holiday. My partner was injured on our last day on the slopes and the staff arranged transport to the hospital and sent a staff member to translate; we can’t thank them enough for making sure our stay was perfect
even when it wasn’t.
