"Disappointing from start to finish. In all of my travels, I have rarely encountered a hotel that was so poorly maintained. The property is severely outdated with aging finishes such as popcorn ceilings and fixtures that appear decades old. The bathroom was in poor condition, with peeling paint and an old, worn toilet that looked as though it had not been updated since the 1980s. The air conditioning unit was exceptionally loud, making it feel as though I was trying to sleep next to a freight...

"We were disappointed that there was no water available for us to drink except in vending machines. We felt that the carpet was dirty and dated, the bathroom at the lobby was clean but had broken doors and toilet seat, and the tubs were outdated. On the positive side, the shuttle was great, the staff was very professional and helpful, and the beds were clean and comfortable. It served its purpose for a quick overnight stay, but would not recommend it for extended stay."
