I love the hotel & room amenities compared to some high-rating hotels. Perfectly fulfill my healing needs. I don't like the towel replacement. On the day of arrival, the towels are all good. But the replacement towels were ripped version here & there. I also don't like the coffee stain mark on the table. I thought the room service didn't wipe the table properly. The table is actually clean, but the stain mark can't be removed. Might as well just remove the table

Love the hotel. Conveniently located above the mall, situated right smack in the middle of the shopping district, clean rooms, great service - rooms a tad smaller than the main banyan tree hotel from across the road but it's extremely liveable. Will be back!

Newly refurbished rooms, spaciou, clean & comfortable bed. Friendly & well conversed staffs especially Duty Manager at the reception, Mr Rishi who was so helpful. Big swimming pool by the coffee house where we had our delicious in house breakfast buffet. Near to KL city centre (about 7 mins away by car). walking distance to a mini market that sells various type of food etc. Various eatary outlets just by walking.

walking distance to many eateries, crews are friendly and welcoming.
lots of movies are available, snacks are provided, and even sparkling water!
room is spacious and they have a dyson hair dryer for you.
i really love the indoor slippers they provided.
i did not receive my welcome drinks tho (as stated in the booking), and the front desk staff forgot to notify me about my breakfast inclusion the following...
