"Remember when you flew commercial and persuaded the captain to shorten the flight delay to satisfy the narrow 4-hour check-in window of your guest house? No? Me neither. I communicated and updated regularly with the property but with 2 hours of flight delay, I couldn't do better than arrive 10 minutes late.
