"Stayed at the hotel in August. Place was very well kept, check-in was a breeze. Something different was they offered a selection of coffee and a choice of milk for morning coffee. The hot pool was very relaxing although I felt it was a tad bit hot. Staff were very nice and catered to all our needs promptly. They offer complimentary ROAM bus passes for few days which is very handy especially as the hotel is a little further from downtown. Overall a very pleasant stay and would stay here again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Canoe and Suites! Everything about it was great. It was quiet, clean, great views from our balcony, convenient location, easy parking. Honestly, one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! "

"We stayed there for a week and did not have any issues. The staff at the reception was super nice and very friendly. We needed hot water a few times and they got it from the kitchen without hesitation. Lots of parking at this location day or night. We used to leave leave aorund 6am and come back after midnight. Never an issue with parking. Definitely will stay there again if we go back. The best part was the steam shower. Absolutely loved that. "

"Second time staying at this location. Staff are awesome and location is excellent. Reason for lower rating on facilities/amenities is only because the hot pools were under construction when I stayed there in July. Hopefully they are back up and running soon - awesome when they are! Will be back for sure. "
