"Ok"

"I had high expectations of this hotel since it was expensive ($1,762.00 per night) It was beautiful looking property but when I stepped into the room I was very disappointed at how small the room was. There were no space to open my luggage on the floor. It’s about half the size of standard hotel room. Staffs were proud of their property so no appreciation of guests. Not worth the money spent and I’ll never stay with Fairmont again Room and bathroom were clean."

"We had a really old room with holes in the carpet and crud behind the bedside table. 1602. The biggest issue was the people staying above us. They paced the floor from 9pm to 5am non stop stomp stomp stomp for freaking hours. Rolled suitcases, re arranged furniture, we could not sleep. It was BIZARRE. We tried to get help from staff to address the issue and eventually Security came to our room, listened to the video I took, told me told us that they were entitled to walk in their own room and...

"The airport shuttle was very convenient to have. There are two restaurants, a nail spa and a salon on the premises - convenient too. "

"We did a 4 night stay in early September and the room was great. The views of the mountains were terrific and the in room fireplace made it very cozy. The location of the hotel was good for us, at the edge of town away from the crowds but close enough for a nice walk. We also received bus passes for our stay with the bus stop right in front of the hotel, very convenient. All in all a first class hotel."

"When reviewing this hotel,some reviews complained about the train noise. Seriously..it is a low rumble that isn't annoying or disturbing in any way ! ( ear plugs are provided for free in the night stand drawer if you are super sensitive!) Talk about considerate service! Our room was super clean and the staff was very kind and professional. We asked to extend our stay for 1 more night (Friday)and even though everywhere was booked solid..the manager here made it possible. The all you can eat...

"A nice place but overpriced. Bedding & pillows were comfortable. This property is a main building with many smaller individual units. Only ice machine is in the main building- an annoyance. Basic rooms, nowhere near what they should be given the price. Don't even have glass glasses in the room."

"The room was pretty average, but the amenities were super. We took advantage of the hot tub after hiking and canoeing. The restaurants on site were excellent—very convenient, as well."

"Good location pretty well right in the centre of Banff. Paid parking (not unusual in Canadian city locations) in an underground car park which was convenient. The Kitchenette in our room was pretty minimal but Banff is coming down with places to eat, though we do like to make our own breakfasts when travelling for a period, so that is a small negative. Our room appeared to be brand new and the bed etc was very comfortable. All in all, we’d definitely stay here again if we were staying in...
