"We stayed here for our honeymoon and they really made the extra effort to make it special for us. They gave us a room with a beautiful view. And left us treats throughout the week. The restaurant was really good too. Highly recommend the Braised Bison Poutine 👌"

"The Otter was fantastic! The restaurant down stairs “God Folk” was great and very reasonably priced given the dishes being served. If I had to say a negative I would say that although our room was very clean, the hallways were noticeably dirty and could be vacuumed more regularly. The fitness and hot tub area is amazing with beautiful mountain views. We got engaged on this trip and The Otter definitely added to the romantic feel of the weekend."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room and hotel amenities were great, specifically the morning coffee and tea provided. The hotel also provided very convenient parking and storage lockers for ski equipment which was very helpful. The check in and check out process was simple and easy. I would definitely stay here again. The beds/pillows were on the firmer side, which was not as comfortable as I’d hoped but was a very clean and spacious room. "
