"The price online was reasonable and pics looked okay but the actual room was not great. The beds and linens were fresh and clean but the bathroom had floor staining and only 1 towel for each of us 1 facecloth and 1 hand towel. From 11 pm to about 1 am on our floor, doors were slamming about every 15 mins with no regards to tired travellers. Maids were knocking on our door before check out times as well. Not a great stay and surely will be our last."

"This hotel is located right as you enter Banff, so it’s not directly in the centre of town, but we still found the location really nice. In the summer, it was about a beautiful 20-minute walk into the main town area, which we actually enjoyed. The hotel itself is really beautiful. The rooms are modern, very clean, and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The bakery downstairs was definitely a highlight — wow! The pastries were amazing, and it was perfect for grabbing...

"Property is under significant renovation. We were asked to park at the opposite end of the parkade as it was closest to our room. Then they assigned us a room at the opposite end of the building. Room was not ready when we arrived. I asked if we could be texted when it was ready. Desk clerk said, “No, our system doesn’t work that way. You can call us to check if the room is ready.” I did not wish to make numerous long distance calls. Not a full service hotel. Maybe wait until renovations are...
