We travel to all inclusives quite frequently and the food at this particular resort is the worst we’ve had. The most bottom shelf liquor I’ve ever seen, vodka and tequila in plastic bottles with names you’ve never heard of. Very tiny resort and not a lot to do. Staff was very kind and nice

Over all our room was good. A few long hairs in the tub the first day though. The Fish House was excellent but the chicken served at the magic show was very tough. Buffet super was not the greatest but breakfast was good. Lots of shaded area and the beach was beautiful! We were there 3 nights and would probably go again at a better deal.

Our staff including Geraldo was our concierge was very helpful and checked on us everyday scheduled all our dinners and did numerous other items to make our stay more comfortable. Diego scheduled our cabana daily and he and Alejandro brought us drinks from the pool bar. We also had dinner staff Francisco , Archangel , Jose served us dinner at Fish House or Mexican dinners

Gardenview room. It was an older room in need of an upgrade. Beach was good - lots of sargassum which was being cleaned up daily. Food was okay. Restaurants were good. Service was okay. The hotel location was good. We walked to town multiple times.
