Magris Hotel was excellent, It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and the advice we received regarding various planned trips were spot on. The location was not ideal but it was good value. Enjoyed our stay in Naples.

Location was a little scary. The beds weren’t that comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, however. It is kind of a far walk from things so will need to take taxi to most places and after sunset I wouldn’t walk around this location.

The hotel was attractive and staff were great. We had to leave too early to enjoy the breakfast, but we did eat dinner there and it was very good. The hotel is in a more industrial area so it’s not as convenient to the downtown/historic area. That being said, they do have an evening shuttle to take guests to various locations. We partially picked this hotel because it states that they have an airport shuttle, which it did not.

Excellent hotel to stay while in Naples. The location is close to a station that gets you both into naples and to other places such as Pompei. The shuttle service from the city center is also great! The hotel itself is very clean and the breakfast is delicous!

Was not in a great location

No airport shuttle although they called a cab very quickly. The original ad said they had an airport shuttle. They do not. Also-not many places to walk to eat around. It’s very industrial and not particularly a great location. Thankfully their on site restaurant was very good.

Very nice hotel. Very clean, large room, good air conditioning, with a restaurant in the hotel. 15 minute walk to the train station if you intend to go to Pompeii. Very nice outdoor seating area set up like a quiet garden. Naples itself was a not a great city, very dirty with garbage everywhere. But that is not the hotels fault, the hotel itself was like an oasis in the filth.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Shuttle services were provided to the city center and it runs every one hour. Breakfast was delicious. Easy check in and checkout process.we had our best stay

Starting with the positives the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a lot of variety. The negatives, the rooms look nothing like the pictures its a very dated hotel, the AC made a loud noise all night but didn’t work, the shower felt like you would fall through the tub at any minute. The area is quite possibly the ghetto bordered with China town. It is very sketchy industrial area with broken glass and garbage everywhere, and smells of pee. The hotel offers a free night shuttle into town which was great because you likely would be robbed if you attempted to walk to the metro station even during the day. It’s also close to a giant prison. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

Highly recommended

The hotel was very clean. The bathroom was pristine, beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Delicious breakfast included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located close to the metro station and not far from the airport. Great spot to rest if you’re planning on busy sightseeing. The metro is nice and clean. The train station is not far either. The sitting area outside the hotel is very nice too.

It was fine as a base to see Naples but is not a 4 star hotel, but the rooms had no working ac, and was in need of renovation, I.e peeling wallpaper/ripped carpets, etc. bed was extremely solid. Breakfast is served in plastic bowls and paper cups with limited selection.
