"Excellent services provided by the hotel staff. Appreciated their hard work and services. Definitely will stay again with them if I have a chance back to Hong Kong for vacation."

"The property is in a very good location. Since the booking was through a third party, they will not provide certain promotions."

"This was my fourth stay at the Harbour Grand Hotel Hong Kong, which says a lot about how much I enjoy staying here. The location is excellent, with plenty of local restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. Transport is also very convenient, with the MTR station, trams and buses all within easy reach, making it easy to explore Hong Kong. The harbour view is absolutely breathtaking and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming,...

"Grateful and appreciative of the front desk or reception people for helping a first timer like us. Very cheerful and always smiling"

"Servicios del hotel muy austeros solo tienen agua en la recepción y tienes que llevar tu botella Le falta mantenimiento y limpieza a la habitación La zona bien tiendas de conveneniencia restaurantes cercanos"

"Hotel is around 7 mins away from MTR, lots of staircases from MTR to the room, if you have heavy luggage please reconsider. The environment is with a smell of moist. The room can hardly be dried up as the humidity is too high, room is a little small for two persons. There is a routine noise from the air con compressor (or motor) all night which makes you feel quite annoying."

"Conveniently located, just opposite the station."

"Convenient location, just 1 min walk from North Point MTR Station (Exit A1). Airport Bus A12 stop right opposite of Ibis Hotel North Point. Back to Airport just walk 4 mins to King's Road (2 streets behind of Ibis Hotel North Point) Rooms and bathroom are small but we understand because it is Hong Kong. One is the twin bedroom we booked, the twin single bed size is smaller than the standard size, have to sleep straight and scare to turn your body as might fall off from the bed. There are...

"Okay for low budget short stay, dehumidifier was awesome in drying out the bathroom, because there are no shower curtains, so the toilet and floor is wet after each shower. No toiletries supplied so bring your own, bonus: toilet roll available, kettle, air condition, electrical sockets, hairdryer, desk lamp didn’t work. Shuttle bus to Kai Tak and if you miss the last shuttle bus, there are 22D, 22M buses. From Kai Tak Mall, CityFlyer Bus Terminal is convenient to travel to the airport and HZM...

"Breakfast Buffet go early as omelette station closes very early. Decent selection to start your day. UNIQUE about this newer hotel. Floors stay cooled so room is constant 70 to 73 farenheit even in hot weather with air conditioning off. Ideal temperature in hotel for those that do not like the hot/cold extremes in Hong Kong May through October weather. Swimming pool is useless; see the pictures. Nowhere to sit and small with a narrow corridor on ground floor to reach it directly through the...

"Convenient location close to the train, making it fairly easy to get around Hong Kong. We primarily chose this place for its proximity to family, but it was also handy having food options nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the shower facilities were generally clean, although there was some mold buildup around the shower corners and door. There is also some nearby construction, but the noise was generally limited to reasonable hours. Overall, not a bad place to stay for convenient access to...

"Great views!"

"Fantastic hotel, with excellent service and a wonderful team. I will definitely be staying here again."

"Liked: Hotel and room cleanliness. Friendly and courteous staff . Location was amazing in the Kowloon area facing the harbor with close proximity to metro stations , ferry station, walk ways .. etc . Areas need attention: The room’s sound proof system could have been much better for a 5 star hotel. We could hear next door people talking or talking or watching TV very clearly from our room . Apart from the above, it’s an excellent hotel ."
