"The Atlantis is so conveniently located. Easy walking distance to SkyBus/ Southern Cross Station, Spencer Street Outlet shopping centre (including a chemist) and there’s a tram stop in front of the Atlantis. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are lifts to your room. There’s a proper cupboard with hangers for your clothing, side tables, power points. "The Good: check in and parking was easy. We checked in late and found the SMS instructions to get the key from the keysafe very clear. Bed linen and towels were clean - which was a relief. Soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner was all fine. The Ugly: bathroom looked clean and could tell it was renovated. However we could tell it wasn't clean - did have marks on tiles that should have come off with a scrub. There was black muck on the shower screen that would come off with bleach. Carpets...
