I've twice had minor problems with a blocked sink, but I've always had A/C's that worked well, fridges that worked well and froze water and very clean rooms. The only negative comment about my recent stay was I paid for an “accessible” room, as I need the larger bathroom to move easily and safely, but was given a standard small room. But it’s been perfect always apart from that one error. "
