"Front desk staff guy and the shuttle guys were great. The room however was pretty dirty, especially the bathroom and the toilet seat(literally wiped off black from it) . Thankfully, it was just a short stay for us (like 4 hours) while we waited for our connection flight. "

"Staff was extremely friendly but I booked 2 queen beds. When I checked in there wasn't any available. So they gave me a king bed and a moveable twin bed. Instead of bringing the twin bed to my room. I had to get it myself from lobby with the bedding sheets and take it to the room and set it up myself. The twn bed was extremely thin and uncomfortable. I could feel the springs of the base on my back. "

"We were only here for 1 night before our cruise but the property was beautiful. We slept most of the time we were here so we didn't get to really experience the pool but it looked nice. Rooms were updated and very clean. My only complaint was they dont have a marketplace inside the hotel for drinks or snacks. So I had to walk to the next hotel over that they owned to get a soda. Overall it was a very nice place to stay and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again."

"AC was great. I could adjust it so I wasn't too hot or cold. Shuttle service to the airport was good. Had an early flight so I missed out on breakfast "

"Room was not clean , staff not cooperative and rushed breakfast not enough seats not worth the money "

"Room was entered into by staff while we had the do not disturb sign on the door, this was discussed with one of the front desk women who said they would be giving me points as an apology, which never came through. It wasnt until the next day when I went to take my medication that I realized it was missing. The room also had a cigarette smell to it and a vibratore under the bed. For staff that doesnt clean very thoroughly, they seem to like going into rooms and taking stuff."
