"Staff was great! They suggested off the beaten path places to see the wildlife. Made sure we knew when the launches were taking place and even have a place set aside to watch them. Will definitely stay here again if im in the area. Facilities were kept spotless and comfortable. We paid extra for the launch view room and it didn't disappoint. The launch was amazing. Close enough to rattle the windows but far enough away that I accidentally slept through one. Overall a great experience."

"I was staying prior to a cruise. The hotel is easy to access, close to restaurants. Was quiet and nice. Beds were very comfortable. I will stay here again."

"The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. However, the hotel could use some updates. The carpet on the 3rd floor had an unpleasant odor, the elevators seemed outdated, and the restrooms could also use some renovation. Overall, the service was excellent, but improving these areas would make for a much better guest experience."

"Was clean. We only stayed one night due to a flight cancellation. So we only slept there. In and out. But what little I saw of the hotel, was neat and clean."

"The lobby and rooms were clean. My disappointment was that the rooms smelled musty, there was very little water pressure in the shower, and the mattresses made noises whenever you readjusted (not like an old mattress, but rather like a plastic covering crinkling every time you move)."

They have a restaurant in the lobby and everything on that menu was sooo delicious… also loved my room we got the suite so nice and the beddd so soft ! 😍 will definitely be staying here again and again"
