"Coming down escalator into the airport was worth it - to catch our early morning flight!!"

"Shower had large crack in wall at ADA handle. All the metal in bathroom was so rusted it left rust stains on the towels. Hot and cold water was reversed at bathroom sink. Door card key malfunction and had to be reset by staff. There was only one small trash can and it was located in the bathroom so it was very inconvenient to use. The only microwave was located in the lobby which required a very long walk from our room to use. The only cart was located so far away from the rear entrance that it was not reasonably accessible at the rear entrance. The lack of a washer and dryer was very disappointing."

"Pleasantly surprised with the room and amenities. Only negative is that the hot water does not have a circulation pump so at 3:00 AM (early flight) it took a while to get hot water for a shower. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, even when they were very busy. The room was nice, and the mattress was very comfortable. It’s also convenient to be able to leave my vehicle there while I travel (note: there is an extra charge to leave the car parked there while we travel). "

"Room was in good order, clean, stocked, and ac/heater worked well. TV remotes with Roku were hard to figure out. "
