"I overpaid for the the rooms by a day and realized my mistake immediately and asked for a refund of the one day. The hotel refused. Then Air Canada canceled my flight because of the staff strike. "The property is very nice - good location for my visit to Tottenham Stadium to see a concert - it is approx half an hour walk- the only issue I had as a light sleeper was that due to no carpets in the room there was quite a lot of noise from guests walking about upstairs - otherwise all good 😊"

"Uncomfortable bed which was bolted together incorrectly, so kept scratching my legs on the screws. There was a bedside lamp but the flex wasn't long enough to reach the plug socket. Ther were 2 of us staying but inly 1 mug supplied. Very noise due to the close proximity of the traffic and people slamming doors. Shower heads were dirty and the water pressure was very poor. Fridge door didn't close properly"
