Hotel Dekat Loughton Leisure Centre

"Good reception team , good rooms clean toilets and close to Stratford station"

"We didnt use the room all day, but first impressions, very clean and neat! The bathroom was shinning and nicely presented. The shower was powerful and e got small condiments for shampoo and body wash. Nice towels (although I prefer the large ones). But soft and clean. In a very busy high street so food and drink is in abundance and also getting tubes and ubers is easy too. Staff very friendly. "Very conveniently located next to the train station and a small grocery store and fast food chains (Burger King, Subway, etc...). The bed is incredibly comfortable (legitimately have been struggling to get good sleep at home and this bed kept me asleep all night). Property is clean and the staff is just young and super friendly. About to try the breakfast."

"Great hotel, perfect spot"

"Pro: we got a bigger room which is meant for handicapped guests; kitchen is complete however no seasoning provided ; water is refillable near lobby lift ; location is fantastic near to Westfield mall and Stratford station with 5 tube lines Con: only provide 2 coffee capsules for 4 nights stay, need to buy our own ; reception service is under expectation except Benito’s service is 👍"

"Convenient , walking distance from Train Station. Bed can be improve not comfortable, also response on Phone is fail. Addition my 3rd night without Towel given, even go down to Reception to inform, end up also Fail, "

"Great stay, check in was efficient and staff friendly throughout the stay. Great location and super hotel"

"Friendly welcome and lovely room. Lots of cosmetic work being done. The continental breakfast didn't really exist - I spotted some cornflakes but no milk. And some tea bags but no kettle."

The carpet had several visible stains, and the refreshments provided were inadequate for two guests, with only one regular tea bag and one herbal tea bag available. Usually, there are at least two of each. Hopefully these housekeeping issues can be...
