"Nice enough hotel- lovely front staff, willing to help. The bar stocked a nice selection of beers and stouts, and the food we ordered was fine. Parking was easy and reasonably priced, but if you arrive late- you may have to look for a place. During the day, it’s easy. Don’t forget to check in your car as soon as you arrive. This is important- I suspect you’ll be fined. And request an email receipt of your registration. If I’m honest- it’s a little run down, and my room had a slightly odd, musty smell. Furnishings and finishes could definitely do with an overhaul. That being said- it was secure and safe, the bed was very comfortable, blackout in the room was great, and check in and check out was straightforward. I would use this hotel again and very probably will- but it’s not a romantic getaway. This is more a comfortable night for someone working away from home."

"The staff was so kind and helpful. For example, I’m American, so I didn’t understand why the switches weren’t working, so they explained the little card slot to me. They were also super kind and made me a pizza even though the kitchen was closed for dinner, since I got lost trying getting back in time. The breakfast was pretty good (i miss my pancakes lol), the room was clean, and it was very close by to a couple bus stations so not too far a walk. With the grocery store right behind it was easy to get anything I needed that I had forgotten. :)<3"

"This is a basic hotel made more for the commercial traveller. It's clean, has parking and good access to local transport links. However the room was very small and definitely not 'deluxe'. There are few 'in room facilities', no kettle, only space for one bedside table, an open wardrobe, sink was in bedroom, not in the tiniest shower room/loo. Pillows were virtually flat, and the bed was very hard. It's fine if you're just looking to arrive, sleep, and leave early. And the 24 hour reception is a definite bonus if you are coming in late!"

"Wasnt too happy the Hotel took 90 pound as a pre authorization payment wont receive it back for one month Also need a physical card for payment Then they needed a deposit on check in so cost me a fortune before any stay Stayed in apartment 1 A and the noise underneath from the restaurant constant banging and smashing until 1 am got very little sleep all weekend Other than that it is a nice hotel, staff were very helpful Good location for metro, food places and right beside a large shopping centre and the town .. lots of little bargain shops in the town and also there was a market with rides for the kids ... a lovely park and playground 10 min walk"
